5h Today I did a followup coding challenge, I scheduled one (hopefully 2!) in-person interviews and a call. I went back to Launch Academy for 2 last lectures, and I did some coding challenge prep work. Tonight I flagged a bunch of jobs that seem like they might be good fits to check out in the morning, and I planned out my schedule for tomorrow.

I got my first “thanks but no thanks’ email today. That was a bit of a bummer, but at least it was for a position I hadn’t been dreaming about. It seemed to be cool, but there are others that seem to be cool as well.

This is going to be a weird balance if I’m stuck in this interview cycle for a long time. Not coding means you don’t have a ton to talk about in the interview, but not interviewing means you’ll start getting hungry pretty quickly!

Today is day #321 of this journey. It’s crazy to think that there is a chance I’ll have a job before the full year is over. Fingers crossed!
